Don’t skip breakfast
Skipping breakfast won’t make you fat. But it’s good to start your morning with a healthy meal. That means avoiding sugar-laden cereals, donuts, and pastries.
Instead opt for whole grains, such as steel cut oatmeal sweetened with a small handful of raisins, or eggs, juice, and a cup of coffee or tea.
