Lakepoint - A Behavioral Health Program for Seniors

LakePoint is a behavioral health program for seniors age 55 and older located at Lakeland Community Hospital that offers comprehensive mental health services. Our program is based on a foundation of dignity and respect.The facility is open for admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The admission process begins with a referral, which can come from a variety of sources, including: physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, family members or the patient themselves. Medicare, Medicaid and other health insurance programs may cover behavioral health programs for seniors. Emergency Department Services

Every day, 24 hours a day, Lakeland Community Hospital’s emergency room doctors, nurses and other health care staff are available to provide you and your loved ones with expert care. Our highly trained staff can provide care for everything from cuts and broken bones to treatment of life-threatening conditions.
