Lakepoint - A Behavioral Health Program for Seniors
LakePoint is a behavioral health program for seniors age 55 and older located at Lakeland Community Hospital that offers comprehensive mental health services. Our program is based on a foundation of dignity and respect.The facility is open for admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The admission process begins with a referral, which can come from a variety of sources, including: physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, family members or the patient themselves. Medicare, Medicaid and other health insurance programs may cover behavioral health programs for seniors. Every day, 24 hours a day, Lakeland Community Hospital’s emergency room doctors, nurses and other health care staff are available to provide you and your loved ones with expert care.
