Cardiovascular Services

Cardiovascular Services is a specialty department within Holton Community Hospital providing Cardiac Rehabilitation for individuals following a heart attack, coronary artery intervention like balloon angioplasty and stenting, heart surgery and for chronic heart failure. There is also a Wellness Exercise Program that is monitored by RN's, available for individuals on a self- pay basis. Additional services include Nuclear Medicine stress testing, Holter Monitoring and analysis, EKG's, Echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound studies.

Home Health and Hospice

Holton Community Hospital Home Health offers skilled nursing care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services if you are unable to leave home for care. Our dedicated staff with over 75 years experience can help with wound care, medication management, diabetic education, rehabilitation needs, as well as needs arising from worsening chronic illnesses. We believe that home is often the best place to be, even during illness. We are proud to continue to serve our Jackson County Community and surrounding area.
