9 Reasons You May Weigh Too Much

You eat like your husband, who isn’t focused on health.

Plenty of science shows that we adopt the habits of our spouses. If you’re a 5-foot, 1-inch woman, try not to match the consumption of your 6-foot-2 husband. We also eat more with other people than alone, and big family holiday meals are, famously, the times we eat the most.

On the other hand, regular family dinners are associated with better diets for parents and children. And teaming up with your partner to improve your health together can double your chances of success.
