Snacking
You can make better snack choices. Don’t eliminate everything from your diet. Treat yourself to quality, not quantity. It may cost more, but it’s healthier to eat, and you’ll eat less because of the (usually) higher cost. The attitude works because you are allowing yourself a treat only once in a while.
If you like salty snacks, buy organic non-GMO chips, pretzels, or popcorn. Allow yourself to have a small amount of dark chocolate. Two or three truffles are enough to keep you satisfied.
