6 Ways to Keep Exercising
Try something new. Exercise with a friend, or change your workout time.
Take it easy. A "no pain, no gain" approach can be dangerous and quickly leads to burnout.
Do two things at once. Work out on a ski machine while watching TV, or listen to books on tape while you walk on a treadmill.
Start keeping a log. Tracking your progress can keep you motivated.
Reward yourself. Consider new workout tapes, shoes or clothes, or an upgrade at your health club.
Fit exercise into routine breaks. Climb stairs instead of taking the elevator, or rake leaves instead of using a blower.
