Roundworm Safety

To keep your family and pets safe from roundworms and hookworms, follow these tips from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: Have your puppy or kitten dewormed; keep your pet on a medication program to keep it from getting worms; keep play areas, lawn and garden free of animal waste by bagging and disposing of feces and covering sandboxes when not in use.
