What kind of hormonal therapy should I consider? 

When will treatment start? 

What medicines will I be taking? How often? For how long? What will they do?

How will we know if the treatment is working?

What are the likely short-term and long-term side effects? Which should I tell you about? 

What can I do about side effects? Are any side effects permanent?  

If I need hormonal treatment, would surgery to remove the ovaries or testicles be a better option for me? Why?
